Okay so this guy paid me for a service, and I completed this service. Then he asked to borrow the money and said hed pay me back in a couple days. I trust this guy, so I did it. Well a week later I have not gotten paid back, and I know he is avoiding me because every time I PM him he suddenly logs off. I am getting frustrated and in a few days if I still do not get paid back I want to report him. SO the question is: Can be people be reported over unpaid debts?
