The Leader and the Co-Leader
Are selected once every two months from the entire clan. They can:
-Declare war and make allies.
-Have founder/channel owner (respectively) control of the clan IRC channel.
(Note how leaders can only be in the driver seat(s) for more than 2 consecutive periods.)
- Can vote on anything else as normal members, bar polls regarding their decisions/positions.

The Parliament
Consists of everyone but the leader and the co-leader.
-Drop the leaders with a 3/4 majority.
-Veto leaders' decisions with a 3/4 majority.
-Drop members of the court with a 3/4 majority.
-Kick other members out with a 3/4 majority.

All new members are in the parliament unless they are leader.

All members, no matter what their status are, can:
-Veto recruitments.
-Create new polls for recruits.
-Vote for leaders.

All votes are equal. You have one week to veto potential recruits. If there is approval in 7 days, and no vetoes have been launched, the recruit will be admitted into the clan.

Leader elections are held seven days before the current leaders' reign expires. When their time is up, the new leaders will be put into their new position instantaneously.
