I dislike the bevel you added.
I don't know how others think, but I prefer a logo to be pretty simple, but at the same time with an idea.

in my opinion a logo should look simple but awesome , i like your logo actually but the Pln tipography is hardly understandable, but its still nice
Very interesting and very cool as a tattoo design.
As a logo, not so much.

I think it needs to read PLN in the middle?
It is very hard to read which is the most important thing for a logo.
That and it should be easy to remember, stick in your head.
There are a couple of things you can do:

Work with two distinctive colours to make the PLN stand out more.
Lose the bevel and emboss, it is very ugly and brings your entire piece down.
Simplify the logo a little bit. Simple is better!
Lose the dark grey lines, they are useless.
Don't make the L go around the logo, cut it off.
If you still want a line around it, do it but don't attach it to the L.

Again, it's an interesting design. Just not a logo.
If you follow those little steps it will be a nice logo.

5 minute example:

I'm sorry, I don't know how the spoiler tags work..

To make it perfect (for me):
Increase the size of the 'bulge' of the P.
Simplify the outer lines (removes the bulges).
Simplify the P and the N (remove the bulges).
Improve the foot of the L.

I hope this helped and I hope you value the time I put into this to help you.

The first 'simple' logo is actually pretty decent although hard to read.
The second one is pretty horrible because it's unreadable and not really your style (from what I've seen).

If you're going for t-shirt designs you should continue with this style, I think it'll fit a t-shirt nicely.
However, keep away from the bevel or do it very subtly. Bevel can really ruin a design if not used correctly.
