The eyes are just skin color, without any shading on it.
For realistic the eyes are too close one from the other.
The part of hair is just random, and the edges are not in the right place.
In your head some parts are blurry and others sharp.
Try to work harder next time,It looks unrealistic.

Search for tutorials about digital painting.

the texture isnt as bad as people made it out to be
although, seeing as you did trace leonardos texture, you didnt really do too much.
the hairs not bad, but repeating the same layer throughout the hair area is a bit meh...

I'm pretty sure you use...
But ok.
The hair looks cool anyway.
