Ive done parkour for about 1 year now
tho i might not be that decent,
but i know all the advanced stuffies etc etc
Only thing to think about like for example
a normal and easy tic tac from a side wall
dont take to much force into movement
just like in tb with your moves, ore you will end upp falling over
it's pretty much the same with dash,king kong,dubbel kong, etc etc
dont take to hard on it
also, when trying to learn a new movement,
dont do the whole move in it self at one time
try to get some parts outa the move
like runup, starting to jump, in air movement, and landing
