Selling tb accounts was allowed a few years back.
I think it got bannable because of the number of scams it came with.

you aren't allowed, but you can, just dont get caught. if you can find a buyer and they understand the risks then nothing is stopping you

This is pretty silly. Either don't support it, or hunt down and ban people.

I don't mind either way, but it's so wishy washy to trade an account then a mod is like "hey I've been tracking your IPs and you suddenly started using this other account so I'm going to ban it"

Just don't sell it. I mean if you want to take a risk at getting your account permanently banned and you may get scammed. Also, who would wanna buy that anyways? Steam sucks.
