Format problems
What do chose as the format for my head texture after creating it on Photoshop CS6? I saved it as .png and now I can't open it at any way so yea...

You can upload as png, but to put it straight in your custom folder it needs to be an uncompressed .tga of correct size
Would toribash accept it though?

u mean the .psd file? no.
the .psd file is just there to edit it in the future. if u want to use it as your texture upload it as .png or .jpg or .tga
if u want to use it in custom folder for preview it have to be .tga
