The hair is nicely made.
I really like the idea, if only you could make the armor more realistic.

The hair is perfect, the eyes are too cartoonish, the cross looks like it took you 5 minutes to make, and the face is just plain orange, not even a mouth. Try to add some wrinkles, scars and other things to show that he has been in war for a while.

eyes are big and too close,
the part of the helmet used for the eyes are too small.
without shading, bad use of patterns

try to map better your heads.
