Before days,i wanted to make some kind of hacked replay(Of pos: change),well i opened it with notepad,everything was ok.

but suddenly,all the .RPL files are changed to notepad?

i tried to (RIGHT-CLICK>Open with..>Browse..>Toribash.exe),still notepad.

Any help?i really should see all the replays,they are like 50+ ones and im 2 lazy to put them in the replay file so i don't load any,just double right click it.

You need to kill the file association, then reinstall TB. If you're on Windows Vista/7/8 then just to make life more fun it'll mean registry hacking to remove it since MS don't want users prodding such things.

Googling how to do it gives a million & one tutorials on how to remove an association.
