Extend right pec, contract left pec
Raise arms
Right rotate chest
Space
Contract elbow
Space x2
Lower right shoulder
Contract left hip, extend right hip
Contract right glute
Grab with right hand
Space x4
Contract right knee
After several spaces I recommend extending your left hip and extending your ankle
