The surveys should be easier to do because i always try it never works tho D: So try to fix it

They're ran by a 3rd party, they give you the option to complain at them on the survey thingy.

Note that they wont work unless you do 100% of the things they want, and if you have a popup blocker (which most browsers have turned on by default) or adblocker they also wont work.

Best bet is to whine at them.
