I think New people should get a 500TC adv Becuase that would help with the market system and get use to it ...

Can be farmed,people make millions of alternates

As i said people can only use once towards there IP

But, there are a lot of possibilities for people to change their IP's, like go the their neighbors internet, and changing it themselves.
