its too... cutesy...
youve looked at the structure of a turian and just sorta... rushed it... focusing more on the face paint and less on the turian.
the tendrils at the top and that awesome jaw line, were just... massacred... they were the best design elements of the head and you just wasted them.
and the face paint looks more like spilt milk than war paint.

i like the lighting effect you did for the front of the face though, adds alot to the cartoon style and think its something more people should do.
baretta(i think, might have the wrong person) started something like that, but never really did it effectively, from my point of view atleast, it was always too soft.
the texture overlay was quite nice aswell.

focus more on the structure of the head befor getting all fancy with it.
