Put players that online to top of buddy list
if buddy list is too big I have to scroll down to check it all. Better will be if peoples are online will be nudged up in the list.

It can happen. Very simple. I don't use the buddy list myself but i'm sure if this was implemented I wouldn't mind actually putting it to use.
