Lets play The Powder game.
Once again Deady come through with another old game you have probably already played before. However they have made some changes to The Powder Game and if you haven't played in a while it may be worth a second look.
For those who havent played it. The Powder Game is basically, I guess, a Java based physics engine that lets you experiment and see how differant things react with placed in the enviroment together The only goal is to have fun and there is no "winning" or "losing" The things you get to play with include fire, water, napalm, sand, seed, fighters, wind, and the list go's on. The fun thing is that mixing the elements together produces sort of realistic results, i.e. putting seed on top of sand grows plants and napalm burns it all down. This is the sort of game that you can piddle away a few lazy hours on if you are really bored, making buildings with exploding windows and the like using the "block" tool. Also the game has blur and shad affects to give it a more trippy feel. The only requirement to play is Java and enableing scripts.
Things I saw this time that weren't there before include "players" which are similar to fighters but they don't seem to move (kinda lame
) I cant remember anything else
but go here and see for your self.
