What's the graphics hardware & driver version you're using?

Urgh dear god Intel GPU problems again... Yay.

What version of the driver does dxdiag say it's using? That'll be the one actually in use despite whatever their site claims. Could be that Intel have fucked up the version numbering on drivers, which wouldn't surprise me.
