A clan private board is a board in which you can buy after 6 months of officialness.
I'm not sure but I think it costs somewhere between 40-60k Toricredits.
It can be bought after 6 months of officialness.
Also, It's private, and I think, can only be viewed by Clan members AFTER writing the password set by the leader(s)

it can be wieved by other than clan members, if they guess password OR have got it from somewhere.
