Looks so realistic. and so Scary, somehow.
I like the way you made those effects on eye. Also add a little shading in the eyes. It'll make it looks better, I guess.

The only bad thing is the nose it could use a little work.

Really good art, if you could add some blood it would be epic! Also the nose part you fixed could be replaced with a scar? In addition I would personally prefer darker colours.
