To give you some heads up.

~ I don't feel the hair, there's something wrong, it seems like it goes bakcwards on the left, where it should go "forward"
~ Nose shadow is too hard, reduce it.
~ The ears look like some kind of flower because they "stick out" so much. Make them thinner.
~ Mouth is slightly too wide.

Rest looks good until now. Do you have a good reference?

why do you never care about the back of your heads? in most mods you look at the back or side to play..
