Reaction time is the amount of time you have to make a move in a multiplayer game.
Explaination of flags and what they do.
Explaination for the damage setting.
Nobody seems to really know what maxcontacts does, but it probably fixes the aikido DQ glitch which was a problem a while ago.
To publish a replay, go here and upload the file from your computer. Most people use a replay thread with their replays attached to their posts, and it's a very similar process. When making a post, press "go advanced" and find the "manage attachments" button. Your activated textures and items should be in the replay, and if it's not, it's possible to hack it (bit more complicated, though).

I don't know what you mean with "make own texture", but I assume you just want a texture set. You need a texture item and a picture for it. Texture items can be found here, but you still need an image for it. You can make it yourself or buy it from a texture maker. You can't use google images because the image may belong to someone else, and using it is against the rules. You can browse art in the art/textures section of the market. Your directory is found in the %appdata%>toribash>custom>(your username) folder.

What ray tracing is
Superpowers are not present in the game, but it was planned to be a while ago. It met heavy criticism by the community, so chances are it won't be added in the future.
Achievements are mostly broken, but if you show me which one your talking about and where it isn't displayed properly I can help you.

And as a final word, most of this can be found just by typing "toribash (keyword)", so please do that next time before asking for help.

I know whether it's a bug or not. If you really think it is you should post it in support. Maybe you can PM a mod maker to see if there's an easy fix.

You can absolutely make your own texture set, in fact most of the community do. You should read throughnblx's texturing tutorial. There are many other tutorials, though.
