generally in 50+ frame mods I impro... I love startiNg with claps in wushu/mushu. 100 percent cancels drill kicks. Or I just hold all extend glutes and extend right ankle. This launches you away from your opponent giving you the advantage if you know how to CB. Btw that clap is the standard hold all contract pecs and abs.
I aikido I usually use the standard contract pecs and wrists. I also tend to tweak this starter using other joints. A tip: in mods that frac, don't use hold all. This allows to more tension and power on hits to any part of you. If the part hit is relaxed. It will generally absorb the hit and move with it.(For all the beginners readinf this)
