Is the rank on yiur user card your global rank in game or something else? Cauze I'm pretty sure my rank is higher than 1397.

Your user card rank is based on your qi for the belt you're currently at. For example, if you had 2999 qi, then your card rank would probably be 1.

If you have 2999 qi, your card rank would be 1, because you're the closest person in your belt to get to the next one.
