What's the use of Dead Soul item?

It does nothing.

There was an event hosted by Rubash called "The deadly game" and dead sould was given to all "died" players.

There is also living soul, that was given to the winner with one million tc or something, I don't remember, long time etc.

Just search for deadly game and you'll understand.
