I am looking for a good artist to do all of the following:

Avatar (animated), Usertitle (animated), Background, Signature (animated).

Inspiration: my avatar, jace from the mortal instruments, fancy rune like symbols.

Avatar and signature size: make it default vip but also make one for the bigger avatar not animated 200x150

Animations: My avatar drawing a sword or running, think about it differently for the 3 different images.

READ THIS: I'm buying a 150x200 avatar, they are not animated, try to make something nice there.
I want the usertitle to say The Essence™ and have it shine and have something moving in the background as said above.

Edit: the avatar can be a shining fancy rune but it has to look amazing.

Background: A nice paint scene of my avatar sitting on a log and cleaning his sword or something.

Payment: I have 50k that I'm willing to spend, I will evaluate the quality of the work, if you start this project please do all requested images.
