[VID] Beginner editing
so yea. I got an new editor so i can make videos. And i'm pretty new at the program. And i used to be using after effects. But its too heavy for my computer so i tried sony vegas. It is easier and its not heavy.

learning proper Keyframing is a must, the second rpl was good at first, but then you took tori and uke out the middle of the frame and it was lost.

I'm curious, are you using the velocity in the switches or are you simply cutting the clips up and then 'resizing' them to change their speed?

might as well get into the habit of disabling resample in the properties of your clip early

The velocity seems really stiff to me, perhaps try decreasing the difference between the fast parts and the slow parts (For example if you usually alternate between 300% and 25% you could try going between 200% and 75%)

You could also attempt to have the camera follow the action a little more closely
