I would prefer something with 512x512 and I am willing to pay up to 260tc an with sasuke could u make a couple of scars

I don't want to be the negative nancy, but if you won't even pay up to as much as an actual 512x512 head texture item(20k tc), then you won't have any luck with anyone.

260tc could maybe get you four lines to make up an eye.
