Hey, I believe that we missed out on quite a few good members because the recruitment process is just too slow. Is there anyway to make it faster?

Unfortunately one main factor in accepting applicants is having an elite ranked member approve of them. I try to get on frequently but it's becoming harder lately and most other elite ranked are quite inactive.
If anyone has some suggestions I'll take them into consideration.

I honestly have an idea, but its not likely you guys like it. I think the recruiters should be able to put people in the unranked category and after that the voting starts (ofcourse if they meet our belt limit, and other criteria) so that they won't feel like they have to wait for a long while, might not be a perfect solution, but then again. Is there a perfect solution to begin with?

Its supposed to be set up like that anyways, just requiring approval of an elite member. I say go ahead and if the application gets majority vote invite them. I want to say I set the time at a month before they became full members with voting rights or someshit like that. I don't remember. But like I said, majority votes. I also need to see at least a couple replays of the voting members playing them in-game. I cannot emphasize that enough. I can write an excellent application but I probably wouldn't have the skill to join the shittiest of clans at this moment. However, I can still assess skill. Forum attitude and all that jazz is nice and all but we still need to stick to the basis of elite. Get some quality people up in this shizz guys.
