The replay makers are in the description of the video, shouldn't that be enough?

Colour correction. Things such as brightness, contrast, saturation, colour curves and stuff like that can be adjusted so that the final output looks nicer

It would be if the person was watching the video on Youtube but since most people just watch the embed video straight from the forums they can't see it.
