No, i bet 2k tc is not enough to buy this hat. For 2k you can buy the jester hat, or tori/uke hair. Don't buy both because you couldn't wear them both.
Technically, you can wear 2 hairs at the time, but tori hair + uke hair will look ugly.
I can offer you buying the right forearm texture off me for ~1600tc (it's 1800 in the market)
