Allow me to give you a little info on the TB Physics engine; it is impossible to, with the force of your feet or hands, get more then 3 simultaneous (on one frame) dismemberments. Force can be carried out, though, in more then a direct impact; the style of Manipulation exerts that little loophole, as an example. It would be extremely hard to pull off 4 or more, but like Rawk said, it's been done.
P.S: Your kick isn't even 'clean'. Clean means dismembering without dealing a lot of damage. 5,000-6,000 points on one dismemberment is fairly clean as 5,000 points is awarded for most dismemberments. (The head and some other parts award more points)
