I want to purchase toricredits but I currently cannot. when I try to sign into my steam account in the purchase toricredits page it doesn't seem to find my steam account, therefore I cannot purchase toricredits.

I suggest you purchase from someone selling on the forum market as the rates will be much better.
and this will not be a problem, but their are scammers so be wary of that issue.
