[DSC] Baloon is..
Baloon is nothing.
Long ago, the ancient art of Toribash, and the small community of practitioners surrounding it was stumbled upon by a soulless beast who refereed to himself as a Deady. As you may already know the beast was overjoyed and soon set about making a clan with the help of the seraphim Blotto. The clan died however, and after decomposing became the fertilizer and seed of the now unstoppable org of the same name. The rest is an epic history.
Recently however, Deady, with his long claws and sharp fangs, has felt a need for more. While OLDA is perfect, it serves a different purpose then that of a clan, and after being banished from three clans (leaving voluntarily and on good terms :P) and denied entrance to two others, Deady realized that he that it was time to build his own clan.
And so Deady built a Baloon (only one L). On this Baloon is a large basket, which will accommodate at least 5 more players.
Plans: Baloon will be a clan for those who have reached the grade of 2nd Dan black belt or higher and are decently active on the forums. We will be a clan of miscreants and odd men out. Joining will be a situational venture, conducted most probably through invites, however the Baloon basket is open, and we will hear you if you yell. Through these means we will hover about the community, and they will us know by our trail of limbs.

Amendments to Baloon is nothings format.
1. Once Baloon has reached a strong level of stability, the role of leader will vanish. At this time, leadership will be expected of ALL Baloon members, dependent on a particular situation. We will have no central leadership unless the demand rises, we will be equal in terms of "power" to get things done in the clan. Even in our beginnings, the titles of "Pilot" and "Co-Pilot" will serve as nothing more than identification for the people tasked with building and routing the clan into its final realization. Though Deady will always have the final word of our thread.
2. The members of Baloon is Nothing will be expected to represent themselves in an assured, confident, and generally respectful manner both on the forums (or IRC) and in the game. Basically what this means is if you start shit with someone, you may not be kicked, but you also very well may not have ANY support. If you make a bed, lay in it. Removal from the clan will be possible, but the offense must be serious and it must be a whole clan verdict. However, a constant and recurring disregard for the rules, will result in a veto kick from Deady.
I am seeking a co-pilot atm. From there we will become official, and further build the clan.
