What is the purpose of scramble command?

it scrambles up the queue...

Basically, if you're in a server with other people awaiting their turn in the queue, the scamble command switches said people around to assemble a new queueing line.

So let's say you were in the last spot in the queue with like 12 players. Then, if the scramble command was used, then you could go from 12th to 6th, or maybe to 1st or 2nd depending on luck.

And eh, the command sets everybody in the server to a random place in the queue.
I don't think you can explain it more clear than that. If you still don't get it, just make a server with a couple of people and try it out.

If, people in a server queue are arranged as follows:

so by using the scramble command u can randomly place them like:

3
6
3
2
5

or any other.
