Every time i try to upload a head texture, it loads in a white screen..... forever. Is this a problem with my computer or can it be fixed?

Is it in .tga format?

make sure it is not RLE compressed

black and white?
add a red dot in the bottom right corner

RLE is a type of data compression. In most image editing programs you have an option on toggleing it through a check box. Never check that box for .TGA files.
