Do I have a sleeping disorder?
One time, I woke up but couldn't move SO, I slept for 15-30 minutes and I still couldn't move. I couldn't even move my mouth or make a sound.

This morning, I kinda felt the same thing BUT I came up with a trick to stop this "immobilized state". I inhale through my nose and this makes my eyes squint, and BOOM I can move.

Im not sure if its sleep paralysis or apnoea (im kinda overweight but I dont snore)

Has anyone experienced this?

Sleep paralysis, definitely. It's harmless, but CAN (not necessarily IS) be scary as fuck due to hallucinations. Apnoea doesn't involve paralysis, it's rather about pauses in breathing while you sleep, which may or may not wake you up. I've tried both, i prefer paralysis. :v

various places to find me lol
I have those like every two weeks as well, when you wake up but can't move your body at all.
I don't have a trick for how to get your body to move, but I heard that sleeping on your back might cause the temporary paralysis.
