How is it barely visible?

blue text molds with background because it's too dark

I can see it just fine, I guess it depends on the lightning/your monitor/etc though. Also recoloring the belts would kind of take away the point of having them there, from what I can understand the white belts are there to symbolize that it's a beginner clan.

The blue is way harder to read and I like the idea of recolouring the symbols, but my suggestion would be to leave the belt white and make the rest blue/red

It work's fine for me, It's not that dark

i have 2 monitors and its hardly readable one one, me having to squint to read the text.

that's enough to warrant a change

There's really no reason to argue about this.
The fix is as easy as a c/p to change the blue color to a lighter color.
And the little effort is worth it.
