First tourney (that i hosted)
It was pretty cool, It was a local tourney, about 12 people

Any tips on future ones?

And people like that its not hoted by toriagents for some reason XD

Yeah, toriagents aren't responsible for tourneys, promo members are. And how can we make recommendations on what you can improve if we don't know anything about it? Tell us about it and then we can give you advice.

Are you guys forgetting about all the GameKeepers and what their job is?

I did not go to your tournament but a good tip is, try to keep tabs on every member. Double accounting in a tourney is basically TC farming.
