You can't really get "donated" but you can participate in giveaways on the TB Discord or in events as well is in-game tourneys.
I'll leave this for any other person that happens to stumble on this looking for donations;
Typically people that are looking for items/TC go around in rooms in-game and beg for them but it's looked down on and isn't really recommended.
