Ok so there's no specific actual RGB color code, Toribash uses oversaturated values for glow / gradient effect (red 1.2, blue 1.5, green 0.5).

When you sample it with image editor it comes out as 255 124 255 for RGB or #FF7CFF for Hex. That's probably as close as you'll get to it
