i cant see the heads.....
for some reason i cant see the heads other players have, but when i go to the replays section, for example. i watch a video of chez head spin and i can see his head perfectly fine!! wtf is goin on?!?!

Go to the folder that you installed toribash to (usually C
Program Files\Toribash 2.4\) and find ToriUpdate.exe. Make sure you are connected to the internet, and then run the program. This will download all of the heads off of the internet and onto your computer. Do this every so often so as to update the heads.
