I don't know much about flames but that seems a little pricey? I can get a set of quad flames for that much maybe even less :/

These flames cost ~275,000 TC to forge, and wings in general are considered difficult to make unless you have a blueprint. You certainly cannot get a very good set of quads for 220,000 TC either. Feel free to counter offer if you you're still interested.
