Confused about Aikido DQ's?
Inside the box, what constitutes an Aikido DQ? More specifically, can you land on your head? If not, I think I just met a hacker.
Every now & then aikido servers glitch & people manage to survive something that should normally DQ them, just keep them pinned in that position & they'll DQ.

For reference inside the ring hands, feet & wrists are ok. Also if both of you touch the floor with a body part on the same frame it'll DQ the slowest to get it back up.

a good way to prevent the glitch is :

Don't get tangled up in a ball with your opponent. Too many collisions messes with the dq detection.

IF you DO get to a point where you know your opponent would have dqed, release both grabby hands and chances are they'll dq the next turn.

As already mentioned, it's due to number of collisions.

Ungrabbing, backing away from your opponent, etc can and will help.

Also, people are supposed to relax all if they don't DQ when they should. Failing to do this might result in a kick, if an appropriate officer is at hand.
