ok, you need to upgrade your graphics card do it from your control panned click add hardware then click on the drivers and what not, or just press the ESC button twice

Yeah, updating your graphics driver will fix it.

1st find out what you've got.

(Start -> Run -> DXDIAG -> Display tab)

Then go to the manufacturer's site & get a new driver for it.
