Those heads look a lot like ones that Nightmare made and sold. If you purchased them, provide evidence.

If not, I would recommend that you admit to plagiarism, to try and reduce the penalty.

Neverless, I made them.

RiseAgainst did not sell it or otherwise transfer rights to the head to anyone else.
