You can't.
Ownage, the only people that call sell you these are authorized shopkeepers. Hector, Nacharu, Ravenger (not sure if that is still the case), Gman80, veb, and Hampa are the only Authed users that I know of. Contact them in one of their threads, shops, or on IRC if you have to... no one else can help you. And at that, Gman, veb, and Hampa don't have the time to negotiate for your items... so Try Hector or Nacho.
