My parents called me a "failure and disappointment" to them. And guess why?

I got my report card. I did fucking good on it. But noooooo, My parents don't think so.

Design and drawing for production: 96

Pre-calculus: 98

French 5HR: 100

English: 91

Physics: 93

Cisco networking: 97

European History AP: 94

Woodshop: 87

I made powercard, principals list, honor roll, AND got an award. But my parents say my grades needed to all be at LEAST 95. They are calling me a failure of their "expectations" and are just sniping at me whenever they can.

I have so much to fucking deal with I can't take this right now. I'm mad as hell and would advise you guys to steer clear of me for a bit.

P.S. This is how american school differs from albanian school.

In american school, you get a grade for participation, behavior, homework, quizzes. In albanian schools you would get called on by your teacher ONCE A MONTH and get a grade for 1 question. You were asked 3 questions by your teacher in a marking period and thats it. Also they are also sniping at my slacking in tennis and soccer. I find it quite hard to run like hell and twist and turn really fast when I have a IV tube inside me 24/7 and I have a painful toe infection.

I'm just going to keep ranting on. They are criticizing every damn thing I do. If I talk bad, they complain that I have a bad attitude. I'm so fucking mad.

Im not sure how the US schooling works and how good ur scores are which they are probly are. did they really call u a disappointment because when u are mad you tend to think that they did?

Tox, parents will never be comformist... they will always want more and more and more...
believe me, dont worry about those complains, while u recognize ur own effort and u are happy with those marks (rly good), thats fine...

PS: whats woodshop?

PS2: precalculus? how old are u? idk Albanian education system (primary, secondary, univ, etc)

I go to school in new york. I am 17, and the grades are out of 100.

E: woodshop is a class where you make stuff out of wood, which I hate.
