Where to start?
Hey, guys. I play a game called Armagetron, and a few guys that I know over there (VolcanoX and JDawg) showed me this game. It's very interesting, but I'm having trouble really getting into the community and it seems like there's so much to do that its overwhelming! So can anyone tell me where to start?

Thank you,

En3my

(by the way JD its MommA)
in an ironic twist of fate I'm into that game and have trouble penetrating the community there, just go into servers and make friends :P, on the forums post your opinions and stuff. You're not really expected to be cool or tolerable at this point so acting like a fagtard is cool... I mean be a nice person and we'll like you.

I suggest first getting to know some basic info about the game, read up on Fyerr's player's newspaper, it's very informative: http://forum.toribash.com/showthread.php?t=76549

If you want to get deep into the community just hang around the threads and contribute you can also come onto irc, alot of the renowned members are there.

I have to relate with you there. One of the reasons I took a break from toribash was because of the huge number of players; the community had lost it's charm, and was now too commercial/big.

Thankfully when I returned some (most probably) of my old friends were still active, so I have some people to talk to. I know very few people who joined before I left, only some of the people who are left in [CBK], but I'm getting to know a few on IRC.

But yeah, just post around, play on servers and drop into IRC. You may notice we have a large number of twats/fags in the community but there are some decent people, so get to know them and yeah, you should feel more at home.

EDIT: Ha, been looking for a game like Armagetron! Downloading now!
EDIT2: Hate it
