Veb ive tried every caesar cipher combination possible.. and tried them all backwards.... thats not all there is to it, is it ?

Something awesome is coming to toribash (XX) WINNAR!

Shift each letter forward 3 characters, and O -> A J -> M after the shifting, remove the placeholders at the end, and there ya go.
