I have no idea about Ivory, but if it's not QI Restricted (Or like..500 QI or under) I don't find it being opened or not is thaat much of a boost in the value.
Unopened Pure, Void, or Demon would probably be allot more exspencive considering it is practicaly a No-QI Item if it is in a pack.
And the general point in packs is so you can have/trade the items without the worry of not having QI
