Go to Clan Discussion. Check out all the clans in the list, then see if there's any you like. With a low belt, I'd doubt you would get into most. It's worth trying out. If you find a clan you like, then I suggest PMing the leader saying you want to join.

It would probally help if you included you're belt this way clans that are interested, will know if they want you or not.
